Emmie Flaherty has been outstanding in our closing process and gone above and beyond helping us find, close, and secure our new home. We have been looking for the past year and a half due to the market and our own particularities.
Out of all the agents that have reached out to us in the process, we chose to stick with Emmie because of her availability, honesty, and openness to all questions we had as new home buyers. Not only has Emmie been available for texts or calls at any time of the day or night and has been able to explain things to us in layman’s terms so that we can make the most informed decision before making an offer.
Emmie was also fantastic at negotiating and was able to help us curate our offer to the best that it could be. During the waiting process after putting in an offer, she stayed in touch constantly with us and the seller’s agent to give us any insights into how many offers there were and how close or far we were to getting accepted.
After we did close, she was able to provide us with man referrals that a new homeowner would need (contractors, home insurance agencies, pest control, junk removal companies etc.)
Lastly, which is what REALLY puts her above and beyond other Realtors, is that she had been there for us while we were preparing for our wedding day during closing when we needed both junk removal and lock changing services.
She was in constant contact with us that entire week and had taken a lot of time out of her day voluntarily to supervise the lock changes, junk removal, and held onto the new keys for us. We will be referring Emmie to everyone we know, especially because she was devoted to helping us during this stressful time. We can’t thank her enough.

Prior to working with Emmie, we had been working with a different agent for two years unsuccessfully. Once we met Emmie we instantly hit it off with her determined, motivated and compassionate personality. She was eager to help us and get us into a home. She pointed me in all the right directions to assist with my unusual financial situation.
